Carbonated water, natural flavourings, ginger and chilli extract, colouring, fruit juices from concentrate (apple, lime, mango). Vegan and allergen free.

Mango Rum Punch
Ingredients
White Rum
150ml
Dark Rum
150ml
Fresh Lime Juice
90ml
Mango Juice
180ml
Angostura Bitters
8 dashes
Nix & Kix Sparkling Mango & Ginger
250ml (chilled)
Method
1.
Pour the white rum, dark rum, lime juice, mango juice and Angostura bitters into a pitcher. Stir to combine, then chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.

Once ready to serve, remove the pitcher from the fridge and stir in the chilled Sparkling Mango & Ginger water.
3.
Fill four hurricane glasses with ice and pour in the punch. Grate a little fresh nutmeg over each glass.
4.
Thread lime wheels and maraschino cherries onto four cocktail picks and place one into each glass to garnish.
