This covers 250ml x 12 can multipack (£16.99) and 750ml x 8 multipack (£16.99) via nixandkix.com only, individual 750ml and 250ml drinks in retail stores (prices varying from £0.99 - £2.85). Excludes any third party seller including but not limited to Amazon.co.uk, Ebay, Ocado.

11. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, invalidate claims deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, contrary to the spirit of the Promotion or otherwise bring the Promotion into disrepute.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of claimants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a claim may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, illegible, incomplete or misdirected claims or for technical failures or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Refund
Consumers who submit a valid application will receive a refund of the purchase price paid, as evidenced by their till receipt, up to a maximum of £16.99. The refund will be transferred to the bank details provided or the card of purchase.
